Sightings Report for July 22 2018

A beautiful day in the Victoria area!! Reports of Orca came in just after our fleet left the dock,  so we knew it was gonna be a great day!

Several Bigg's Orca (mammal eaters) groups were picked up in the Georgia Strait, near Vancouver! They were travelling and socializing with one another, often seen tail slapping, spy hopping, and breaching!! In the afternoon they were still in the area, so we caught back up with them as they made their way south. We also had the pleasure of spending some time with a couple large humpbacks feeding in the area throughout the day.

~ Stay tuned!!
