CANCELLATION POLICY

The full tour amount will be charged for cancellations that are within 24 hours of the tour departure. BC Whale Tours (BCWT) reserves the right to alter departure time, vessel and the length of the tour (duration) without any prior notice. BCWT reserves the right to cancel the tour if there are fewer than our minimum requirement. No fees will be charged and a full refund will be given if tours are cancelled due to weather conditions, mechanical issues or any other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to either re-schedule tours if required or to locate another accommodating company.

PASSENGER POLICY DISCLAIMER

We do not recommend for anyone with back or neck injuries or frail health to participate in our zodiac tours. Furthermore, expected mothers are not recommended to participate on BC TIKA or BC ORCA (weather dependent). Children under the age of 4 or less than 48in/4 feet are not recommended to participate on our open vessels.

As the tours can exceed 4 hours without prior notice it is recommended that passengers bring some water and small snacks as a precaution. BCWT is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to any/all personal items of passengers, which include but not limited to all personal clothing, cameras/camera equipment and all other electronic devices.
