Sightings Report for May 26th 2018

There was a mix of sun and cloud on Saturday morning as we prepared for another day on the water. Reports of Orca came in right as our fleet left the dock, so the Captains went for it!!

Several pods of Biggs orca (mammal eaters) were picked up throughout the Salish Sea yesterday. Our passengers had some great encounters with these animals as they moved through the scattered islands. The orca were travelling in strange patterns, perhaps they were scanning for potential prey, like a seal or sea lion!!

~Stay tuned for what we encounter next!
