BC Whale Tours has the most valuable whale watching guarantee program in the industry to ensure we provide our guests with the most exceptional customer service.
In the event whales are not sighted on your whale watching tour, BC Whale Tours offers all guests
A 20% PARTIAL REFUND of your ticket cost and COMPLIMENTARY RETURN TOURS (until you do see whales) on a standby basis that is good for life.
CONDITIONS APPLY
*Standby basis means that if space is available on a vessel 30 minutes prior to departure, you may take advantage of the available seating for free. We do our best to accommodate you for your standby trip, however, full-paying customers do get first priority.
Return tour is NON-TRANSFERABLE (picture ID and waiver form are required)
The Partial Refund does not apply to Tour Packages with AdrenaLINE, SUP Victoria, Garden & Wine Tours, or the Rainforest Tours - only free trip via standby
The Partial Refund does not apply with third-party reservations like Viator/TripAdvisor.
The Partial Refund does not apply to any discounted tour rates
You must be validated by the guests service agents in our office prior to boarding vessel
We reserve the right to alter departure times, make vessel changes or cancel trips due to weather conditions, mechanical problems or other unforeseen circumstances without prior notice and without liability
