Sightings Report for July 28 2017
Summer is in full swing with clear sunny skies! The wind has remained quite consistent throughout the week and yesterday was no exception.
The captains caught up with several individual humpbacks throughout the area. They were very relaxed and one even came in close to take a look at passengers! Several individuals have been identified as juveniles, and are thought to be just over a year old, which means its their first season without their mom.
A stop by Race Rocks Ecological Reserve brought a lot of great pinniped sightings, including seals and sea lions! Often spotted sunning themselves on the rocks as they nap and interact with each other.
Stay tuned for what we encounter this weekend!
